AI consulting & coaching for professionals

The boring half of your job can do itself.

I'm Moha Aghanoori. I've spent six years building AI systems professionally. Today I coach dentists, lawyers, researchers and executives on putting AI to work — in plain language, shaped around how you already work.

Who I help

Every profession has a boring half.

Health practices

Dentists, therapists, practice owners — appointments handled, office paperwork and scanned documents sorted, session and call recordings turned into clean, readable notes.

Law & finance

Lawyers, tax advisors, financial professionals — long documents read, compared and summarized; files kept in order; the numbers pulled out of a pile of PDFs in minutes.

Science & education

PhD students, professors, teachers — literature reviewed faster, drafts sharpened, teaching materials and exams prepared in a fraction of the time.

Business & marketing

Executives, marketers, product teams — survey answers analyzed, catalogs processed, reports condensed to the decisions that matter.

Personal goals

A well-run job search, preparation for language certificates (IELTS, ÖSD, TELC), or a house hunt with every document checked before you sign.

Learn it yourself

Any profession — I teach you personally, one on one, how to use AI in your own work. No technical background needed, ever.

Your profession isn't listed? It almost certainly still applies — ask me.

Track record

Where my advice comes from

I don't advise from theory. These are things I've built and run myself, for real people with real deadlines — and they're the experience behind every conversation we'll have.

Content creators

Creators who work with AI, not against it.

Video makers, writers, podcasters — most of them met AI first as a threat, then as a toy. I've spent the last years walking creators through it one by one: which tools genuinely fit their craft, which ones just waste a subscription, and how to build them into a weekly routine instead of a pile of open tabs.

The result is always personal. Scripts come together faster but still sound like them; editing and captions stop eating the evening; the research for the next piece is done before breakfast. The voice stays theirs — that is the whole point.

Buying a home

A house hunt that reads every listing, so you don't have to.

House hunting is a second job: five portals, the same forty listings, documents that arrive late and disappoint. For clients searching for a home I built a platform that does that job around the clock — it watches the portals, checks every offer against their budget, their locations and their non-negotiables, and quietly drops everything that doesn't deserve a viewing.

Before anyone falls in love with a kitchen, the paperwork is already collected and checked, and the right people — agent, bank, appraiser — are already lined up. My clients visit fewer homes, ask sharper questions, and sign with a clear head.

Finding a job

Around twenty people found jobs with a tool I built.

Job ads lie — the title promises one job, the description means another, and a hundred open tabs later most people apply everywhere with the same tired documents. Mefkat is a tool I built to do this properly: it reads every ad in full, the way a careful human would, and matches it honestly against what a person has actually done. No keyword tricks, no exaggeration.

When an ad is worth it, it prepares an application tailored to that one company — and keeps the whole search organized: what went out, what came back, what to do next. About twenty people have found their current job with it.

Research

The reading gets faster; the thinking stays yours.

PhD students, scientists and professors lose their best hours to the part of the work nobody cites: the reading pile, the reference chaos, the third rewrite of the same paragraph, the exam that needs twenty variations. For them I have set up workflows that clear exactly that layer.

New papers get read, sorted and summarized into an organized library; drafts come back sharper without the argument changing; teaching material and exams take an afternoon instead of a week. The scholarship — the questions, the claims, the judgment — stays entirely theirs.

Marketing & product

A colleague who has read every document.

Every marketing and product team sits on a mountain nobody has fully read: survey answers, catalogs, reports, meeting notes, years of research. For teams like this I built an assistant that has read all of it — and answers questions about it in plain language, with the receipts to back every answer up.

A thousand survey answers become the five things customers actually said. A catalog of ten thousand products gets clean, consistent copy. The Monday report condenses itself to the decisions that matter. The team stops digging and starts deciding.

Language & exams

Exam preparation that studies you first.

Most people preparing for IELTS, ÖSD, GMAT and similar exams practice everything equally — which means they mostly practice what they're already good at. I built a workflow that starts at the other end: it reviews their past exams and transcripts and draws a precise picture of where the points are actually being lost.

Then the practice changes shape. Writing gets corrected in their own style, with the recurring mistakes named; listening practice concentrates on the exact patterns they keep missing; every week targets the weakness that costs the most. Less practice, aimed better.

How it works

Three steps, no risk.

  1. Write me.

WhatsApp, Telegram or email — describe your work in your own words. No preparation needed.

  2. We talk, free of charge.

In one conversation I'll tell you honestly what AI can do for you — and what it can't. If I'm not the right person for it, I'll say so.

  3. We make it work — together.

Personal coaching in your own work, or hands-on guidance until it runs inside your normal week. You stay in control — nothing depends on me forever.

Every job is different, so there's no price list. After the first conversation you get a clear quote — and the conversation itself costs nothing.

What you can count on

Three promises.

Plain language, guaranteed.

If I can't explain it in one sentence you understand, I haven't finished my job.

Honesty about limits.

AI is genuinely useful — and it is oversold. I'll tell you which is which for your case, even when it costs me the job.

Discretion.

Patient files, case documents, client data — I work the way your profession requires: carefully, confidentially, under German and European privacy rules.

About me

The translator between you and the machines.

Moha Aghanoori

I've spent six years building AI systems professionally. The lesson of those years is simple: the technology is rarely the hard part. The hard part is translation — listening to how you actually work, finding the places where a machine genuinely helps, and fitting it in without disturbing everything else. Today that's my work as a consultant and coach. I live in Berlin, work in English and German, and you always deal with me personally — no agency, no handoffs.

Common questions

You might be wondering…

Do I need any technical knowledge?

None at all. That's the point of hiring me — you explain your work in your own words, and everything technical stays my problem. If you can describe your week, we can work together.

What does it cost?

There's no price list, because a dentist's practice and a PhD thesis don't cost the same. After the free first conversation you get a clear, fixed quote — before any commitment. And if the honest answer is that AI won't pay off for you, I'll say that instead.

Is my data safe with you?

Yes — and I take this promise personally. Patient files, case documents, client data: we only work with what the rules of your profession allow, under German and European privacy law. Nothing you share with me leaves the scope we agree on.

Which AI tools do you use?

The ones that fit your work — I'm independent and don't sell any product or subscription. Sometimes the answer is one of the well-known tools; sometimes it's something small, set up around your routine. You'll never pay for something you don't need.

How much of my time does this take?

Less than you'd think. The first conversation takes under an hour. After that, most of my clients spend one or two hours a week with me while things take shape — inside their normal week, not on top of it.

What if it doesn't work for my case?

Then you'll hear it from me first — in the free conversation, before you've spent anything. AI genuinely can't help everyone with everything, and pretending otherwise is how this industry loses people's trust.
